My name is Oliver Phillips
I am from the Sacramento area so I've been long accustomed to the wonderful food opportunities California has to offer. Food has always been a part of my life seeing that I come from a long line of restaurateurs. The CIA gave me the opportunity to pursue my love for baking and it has been my home since September 2019. I did my externship at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs which scratched my itch for hotel operations. With my graduation rapidly approaching in December I am excited to establish myself within an international hotel group to pursue my desire to travel as well as start my career.
