Hello and welcome to K+O Confections! We are Karissa Crozier and Oliver Phillips, two CIA bachelor's students attending the CIA. Our educational journey brought us to Saint Helena, Califonia to complete our Advanced Pastry Concentration.

QUALITY CACAO FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
Our bean-to-bar products feature a unique blend of three single-origin bean varieties coming from Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, and Peru. Each contributes their own complexities and nuances to the products that are explored further in our bean-to-bar section
